The Contitrac SUV tire is Continental’s Highway All-Season light truck tire designed to provide the on road characteristics desired by most sport utility vehicle drivers. The Contitrac SUV tire was developed to combine light truck tire sizes with a premium passenger Vehicle tire’s low noise and smooth ride comfort.
The Contitrac SUV features a computer-modeled tread pattern that evolved from a proven original equipment tread design to blend Vehicle-like ride comfort and responsiveness in dry and wet road conditions with year-round traction, even in light snow. The tire’s continuous center rib and notched shoulders enhance wear qualities while minimizing noise levels. Internally, the Contitrac SUV features twin steel belts and two polyester body plies integrated into Continental’s latest generation of casing technology and materials to enhance ride comfort and tire durability.
