Title Tire Installer
Job Description
  • The tire technician is responsible for all tire servicing jobs. This includes mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairing and inspecting of all passenger and light truck tires.
  • Responsible for booking a minimum of 2,000 per month in labor.
  • Responsible for installing and checking batteries along with simple charging system output checks.
  • Perform visual safety inspections on all vehicles as time permits.
  • Oil and filter changes
  • Mount dismount and balance four tires on a vehicle in 30 minutes or less.
  • Responsible for receiving, delivering, checking in and putting away all merchandise used in store operations.
  • All housekeeping duties in service bay areas and other areas assigned by the manager.
  • Displays – in a pre-designated manner, each morning, tire racks, sign, banners and other outside displays. Each evening these same items will be stored in the service department in a pleasing manner for re-display the following day.
  • Test drive customer vehicles and company vehicles as needed
  • Perform road service duties as needed.
  • When coming into contact with a customer or in the same room as the customer, a friendly smile and acknowledgment of the customer is mandatory. Perform duties other than those specified in this description as needed.

Title Store Manager
Job Description
  • Primary responsibility is to meet the store sales and profit objectives.
  • Direct all store personnel.
  • Adhere to the policies, rules and regulations as established.
  • Implement and administer all guidelines and new programs presented by the company.
  • Assist in the making of annual:
    • Sales objectives
    • Product pricing
    • Store budgets. and
    • The annual retail store profit plan
  • Hire, train, motivate and develop store personnel for promotion.
  • Maintain good business practices through:
    • budget and expense control,
    • advertising,
    • buying,
    • merchandising,
    • housekeeping and building maintenance.
    • reviewing inter-store documents on a frequent and consistent basis for fairness to the customer and the company,
    • reviewing salaries and wages of store employees annually,
    • maintaining an amicable relationshiop between the store and surrounding communities. plus
    • other related functions for profitable store management.
  • Review all bills monthly on a pre-designated day at a designated time.
  • Follow company policy regarding a clean store dolly.
  • Follow company guidelines regarding proper procedures on appointments, reminders and customer greetings.
  • Hold once per week meetings with all store employees per company guidelines.
  • Quarterly reviews with employees to promote personal growth.
  • Attend a meetings with owners as requested. Come to meetings fully prepared.

Title Auto Technician
Job Description
  • The auto mechanic reports directly to the Store Manager, Supervisor or salesperson and is primarily responsible for all auto mechanical repairs.
  • The auto repair responsibility includes, but is not limited to, brake work, alignment, and front end repairs, all suspension work, exhaust work, under hood services, oil and filter changes and basically all mechanical work assigned, All work to be done in a timely manner to create profit for the company and commission for the mechanic.
  • Also performs safety inspections on each car and any defects noted will be called to the attention of the store manager, supervisor or applicable salesperson with recommendation for corrective action.
  • May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this job description. Performs other related functions.
  • Test drive customer vehicles and company vehicles serviced by you and other personnel, as needed.
  • When coming into contact with a customer or in the same room as the customer. a friendly smile and acknowledgment of the customer 1s mandatory.
  • Responsible for all housekeeping duties in the service bay areas and other areas designated by the manager, also may be required to look up and pull his/her own parts, calling for parts or writing an estimate – The mechanic will discuss customers vehicle with customer or sell a job, when deemed necessary by the manager, supervisor or salesperson.
